Crude palm oil extraction

Sterilization:take advantage of High temperature, Fruit bunches cook until soft and sterilization(145°C,90-120minute)intention:Fruit easy separation fruit series,Fruit softening,Increase the humidity of fruit.. So easy to take oil, at the same time also make verification easy separation nuclear shell,prevent enzymatic decomposition, in order to avoid free fatty acid content increased.

Threshing: through the strong vibration, the fruit can separate with the bunch.

Digesting : stire the fruits, at the same time cooking again

Pressing: separating the fruit pulp and fruit kernel, get the crude palm oil(CPO) and fruit kernel( no cracking, send to depericarper)

Clarification: separate the taken oil and the sludge ( get 90% purity oil). The taken oil contain 45%-55% water, sludge and other impurities.

Purification:oil cleaning treatment, improve the pure

Drying :using continuous vacuum drier to take out the water in the oil, the water reduce to 0.1%.

Depericarper(separator):Through the float dry processing .separate Fruit nuclear and fiber.Fiber and other lighter things blown to appearance

Crushing(crusher):kernel fracture Open ceding Kernel particle and nuclear shell.in Hydrocyclone,Using kernel grain and the proportion of nuclear shell, separate.

CPO After refining,Bleaching and deodorization get RBD Palm Oil(melting point33°C-39 °C, faint yellow)

Make RBDPO crystallize, through the fractionation can get

RBD (Palm) Olein used for cooking oil, Fried

RBD (Palm) Stearin for shortening, pastry, cream, soap and chemical products, etc

RBDPO = 73% Olein + 21% Stearin + 5% PFAD + 0.5% Sludge

PKO After processed

1.RBDPK Oil, RBDPK Olein, RBDPK Stearin Used for cream, ice cream(Especially the fat)soap, can replace coconut oil and cocoa butter, etc

2.Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD)Palm fatty acid fraction-Contain high free fatty acid for used in the manufacture of soap

3.PKFAD Is liquid type used in the manufacture of the soap, the cleanser, lotion and shampoo.
